Using CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) we can work to better understand and change your thinking patterns that may be negatively impacting your life.
I am a trauma-informed clinician passionate about treating the underlying distress often contributing to our experienced problems. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I have witnessed powerful transformations using EMDR to process through negative memories. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, and my education includes a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
