I work with young children and their families to address behavioral challenges. Children diagnosied with ASD, OCD, ODD, ADHD, anxiety, depression in addition to neurotypical children engaging in problem behaviors.
I bring my experiences, both professional and personally as the mother of 3 children, to identify areas of need that are impacting the quality of life for both children and their families. I use the behavior analytic framework and draw from my yoga training to incorporate mindfulness to create meaningful change that is attainable and measurable.
