Self-acceptance and self-love are fundamentally difficult, and universally important. I believe your sub-conscious self and your higher self hold the keys to your truth and your growth. My job is to help you develop a better, more trusting and more loving relationship with those parts of you. Relationships with loved ones, coworkers or others can also be challenged by these issues of self-acceptance and self-love, in yourself or the person you're relating to. Whether you are working on yourself or your relationships, therapy can help.
My approach as a therapist is engaged, non-judgmental, curious, challenging when necessary, and deeply compassionate. I am not a passive or quiet therapist; I am able to listen actively and carefully, and to honor your pace, boundaries and sense of readiness.
We will work together to determine the best approach for you. I do require a consult with all prospective clients, which you can book online through my website. I look forward to meeting you!
