For over 15 years, I have worked as a therapist in various settings, including non-profit organizations, home-based therapeutic programs, inpatient psychiatric care, and PHP/IOP programs. I have gained extensive experience providing individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family, couples, and group therapy.
I have worked with many individuals and families in the areas of relationships, depression, anxiety, stress/anger management, life/family transitions, grief & loss, trauma and abuse. It may feel like you are alone in your suffering; please know that you are not alone and healing is possible.
