I have been in practice for over 30 years and developed an expertise in the treatment of depression and anxiety. My training is in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and my goal is to work with you to develop skills and strategies to overcome unproductive ways of reacting to life's challenges. I have also worked in a physical rehabilitation setting for many years, where I have focused on neuropsychological assessment and psychological treatment of cognitive and emotional disorders arising from stroke, brain injury and other neurological problems.
