I have specialized in evaluating, testing, and treating children, adolescents and young adults with behavior problems, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety and Depression for 30 years in community mental health, in-home and private practice settings. I also work with adults with similar concerns up to age 60. I have been a Preferred Prescriber and completed BHRS/Wraparound/ IBHS evaluations for 20 years. I also work with adults who are having transition issues such as anxiety and depression regarding changes in their lives, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD.
I enjoy working with kids and families and offer resources/ treatment for parents to set better limits for kids. I hope to help kids, and adult clients, reach their full potential with practical solutions. I try to have contact with schools as needed to help kids succeed in the classroom.
I worked in many aspects of child and adolescent mental health system, including BHRS (Wraparound evaluations,) which gives me a broad understanding of Outpatient/In-home services for children, teens and young adults with various mental health challenges. I also worked in community mental health settings doing Outpatient treatment for children, adolescents and families.
