Sexually compulsive and addictive behaviors have been a common presenting problem. It can emerge in the form of pornography addiction, infidelity, hook up apps, and illegal behaviors.Clients seek me out, when there has been problematic sexual behavior either with an individual or in a relationship. Most behaviors of a sexual nature have caused damage to the individual, couple and families. Many people suffer from past trauma and the development of healthy sexual behaviors have been interrupted by abuse, both physical , sexual and emotional. Behaviors can become compulsive and eventually secretive and shameful for the person.

I can help you and your family process the traumatic impact of the behavior and move towards growth and the development of a healthy intimacy, attachment and the processing of the trauma that may have occured from your past. It is intensive treatment and takes a lot of courage to face your demons, but well worth the energy.

Those who have suffered trauma from physical, sexual, emotional, spiritual abuse often need help in processing the events, in a non judgemental atmosphere.
