I believe that my role as a therapist is to provide support for clients who have decided to enter therapy due to any number of concerns. Addressing life's many challenges can be a daunting experience. Finding the right "fit" with a therapist can prove central in attaining the most positive outcome in a therapeutic relationship. Having over 20 years experience in women's health care, I am able to assist with health related concerns that affect both mind and body,
I provide both short and long-term therapy depending on the needs of the individual client. My skills as a therapist include the innate ability to readily connect with clients. I create an atmosphere of warmth, trust, and collaboration with my clients while paying close attention to individual needs and concerns.
