I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. Currently I am working telehealth only using the Zoom format. Due to reduced office costs, I am able to offer sessions reasonably priced at $75. I work with the male and female adult population, primarily on an individual basis. I also work with couples in certain situations. In general, I believe couples are better served meeting with a therapist in person. I will be happy to meet with you briefly in consultation, usually 15 or 20 minutes by phone or zoom to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
Over decades of experience the science and practice of therapy evolves. I am dedicated to keeping in tune with the latest. Each inidivual is unique and on their own path. Together we decide how best to work together. With a holistic approach, I incorporate cognitive-behavioral skills with mindfulness-based, somatic therapy.
You may be experiencing anxiety, depression as result being overwelmed. Sometimes individuals utilize substances or compulsive behaviors to escape the stress and pain. The past informs the future and you mayb be stuck with unhelpful patterns of reacting life situations and managing stress. These issues are highly treatable.
