Are you feeling stuck or out of balance in your life? I believe I can help shift you to a place of increased clarity, focus and positive movement. I assist clients to find solutions to present day challenges as well as address any underlying or unresolved matters that are keeping them in undesirable and unhealthy patterns. My fundamental belief is that we have the wisdom within to make positive and healthy changes in our lives. My role as a therapist is to help clients connect with, strengthen and trust this inner wisdom. I have over 25 years of experience helping clients more toward more life satisfaction and ease.
I incorporate EFT ("Tapping") and eye movement therapy into sessions. These powerful techniques go beyond traditional talk therapy to more quickly uncover, release and shift negative beliefs, patterns and emotions that keep us stuck. Emotionally charged material is processed in a gentle way, with the possibility for deep and lasting results.
Getting to the place of seeking out the support of therapist takes a lot of courage. I honor this courage in you!
