I also treat individual adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and eating disorders. I have extensive experience in brief problem focused therapy as well as longer term, more intensive psychodynamic work.
Many of my clients are high functioning, professional couples in stressful careers, who are trying to balance the demands of their profession with their individual needs and those of their family.

My treatment approach focuses on the use of cognitive behavioral therapy within a psychodynamic and family systems framework. In over 30 years of clinical practice, I have taught and supervised many other professionals, and have presented locally and nationally on my work with individuals, couples, and families.
