I have a lot of education, experience and empathy working with alcoholics, addicts as well as those who live with the addictive behavior of others. I have training in EMDR, for those interested in trauma work.
I understand that for some starting counseling for the first time may be something you have contemplated for a long time and you may feel hesitant.
