Over time, this can lead to more pain and suffering. My experience has also taught me that when we choose to stop isolating and receive healthy support from counseling or community, we begin to lead lives and be in relationships that feel full, connected and purposeful.
I have been a therapist for 30 years and have worked with many individuals and couples who have struggled in all walks of life. Trained in a variety of therapies, my work helps people reconnect to their sense of purpose in life, regain intimacy in their relationships, and heal from symptoms of disconnection or anything that takes you out of the present.
