I work with adults, using evidenced based treatment approaches, for those who experience depression and grief. I treat anxiety (fear of leaving your home going certain places, panic feelings) . Social anxiety where you feeling feel very uncomfortable or fearful in social situations. Trauma from assaults', child abuse or other life threatening experiences.
I received Department of Defense certified training in: Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , Gottman Marital Therapy and advanced training in the use of MMPI.
