I have experience working with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, grief and overall life changes. I look forward to working with you to help make a stronger you!

My counseling style is client focused and goal directed. I believe in meeting my client where they're at and working to form realistic and achievable goals. Opening up is never easy but I feel that challenging our negative thoughts allows us to learn how to channel energy into bettering ourselves, one step at a time.
