I have made a career of helping people overcome obstacles in their lives which prohibit them from realizing their full potential. Utilizing Heart-Centered therapies as well as more traditional techniques, I facilitate individuals in a deep exploration of all aspects of self in order to live fuller, more satisfying lives. I have extensive knowledge in dysfunctional family systems, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression ADHD, addictions, bereavement and stress management.
I am certified in clinical hypnotherapy through the Wellness Institute, with extensive training in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy; a technique that includes elements of traditional hypnosis, Ericksonian techniques, behavior modification, developmental psychology, Gestalt, Reichian (mind/body) analysis, and cathartic energy work.
Together we can address the wide spectrum of human experience from trauma recovery and self-actualization to transcendental experiences.
