As a Christian counselor, my focus is to assist people with any challenges they might be facing that keep them from experiencing joy in their life each day. I believe everyone deserves the best quality of life possible. When people experience trauma, symptoms of anxiety, and/or depression, it is often difficult for them to see things clearly or put words to how they feel. My expertise lies in combining the skills I have gained as a licensed therapist with a biblical perspective, to help people express what they are experiencing, and uncover the root causes of such symptoms.
