Are you feeling overwhelmed? You are not alone. Life is a journey. We have our dreams, goals, and needs. The therapeutic process can be a helpful "shortcut" to finding solutions and ways to deal with distressing emotions.
I believe I have the training and experience, both professional and life- acquired, to assist you in understanding yourself and feeling better. While I practice "talk" therapy, I also follow a Rational Emotive Behavioral (REBT) format.My assistance helps to empower clients with tools to reshape their thinking, emotions, and behavior.
