My ideal client is anyone looking to change their lives to feel better, look better, and achieve a meaningful life. I am an integrated wellness therapist that looks at all aspects of your life and history starting with the basic patterns of food, exercise, and sleep which are the pillars of optimal health. I work with, adults and older adults as a coach, cheerleader, and motivator. I specialize in working with people who have experienced any sort of trauma particularly childhood trauma. I am certified in EMDR a very specific intervention for processing traumatic memories.
I am an EMDR therapist. All of my advanced training has been in trauma because I believe we all experience some kind of trauma in our lives whether it be death of a loved one, pet, spouse, divorce, losing a job or a home or just feeling lost. I teach people what happens to their brain and nervous system when faced with trauma.
