Therapy is a valuable means of being heard and of working through delicate issues. As a therapist I see clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life skills issues, people in recovery, adults with issues that have not yet been resolved from the past.
M methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my base therapy. I will also incorporate person-centered, mindfulness, and therapeutic avenues that will help you to help yourself.
I am here to help. I will listen and comment, and I will make suggestions to help you to cope with, or resolve a pressing issue. All problems are important to those of us experiencing them. Bring them, talk about them. and be heard. I look forward to meeting you.
