With 15 years of experience providing direct care, I have a firm belief that we cannot talk about adversities, setbacks, failures, or traumas, without acknowledging resilience as well. I strive to help my clients shift from stress and anxiety to realizing their inner strength and external resources to overcome obstacles.
I specialize in helping my clients maintain optimal health and wellbeing by identifying and disarming patterns and triggers, while also providing the necessary tools for healing and transformation. I strive to utilize an individually-tailored, culturally responsive, integrated approach to wellness, while also providing the highest quality treatment.
