I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I work with ages 12 and up. I provide therapy to those suffering from any type of anxiety disorder, depressive disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, grief, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder and marital distress.
My approach includes, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma work. I am also a level three Gottman therapist which uses the Gottman method to treat marital discord.
