We have extensive experience counseling clients with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (Pregnancy and postpartum). We treat children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in working with women during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Motherhood expectations can be a heavy load. We utilize evidence-based therapies such as: Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) with a focus on Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Play therapy. We have a calm and fun approach to therapy.
We provide a warm and welcoming environment for all clients to feel comfortable, and safe to talk about their personal concerns. Our goal with providing counseling is to increase clients’ level of personal understanding through their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We have a passion for helping clients decrease their fears, and gain control of their life
We know working on your mental health can feel anxiety provoking, and we are here to support you and show you that you can do this. We have created a space that allows mothers to feel comfortable to talk about their thoughts and feelings without judgement. For our children clients we create a space that is playful and engaging to build rapport.
