I am a psychodynamically trained therapist specializing in body (somatic), nature (eco-therapy), and mindfulness-based approaches to psychotherapy. I work with folks who want a fresh perspective, holistic support, and empowerment for their mental health journey. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, adjustments and transitions, anger, self-esteem, body image concerns and disordered eating, religious trauma, spiritual concerns, and neurodivergent living, I am along for the ride. I strive to embody both cultural humility and multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC, LGBTQIA+.
As a certified yoga teacher and psychotherapist resident, I offer a holistic approach to mental health and wellness using body-oriented and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. Connecting the mind and body helps us emerge as beautifully whole individuals. My goal is to aid my clients in connecting with their inner strength, bodies, and whole self.
My practice is an eclectic and integrative mix of psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and cognitive behavioral theories. Our time together can take many shapes and during our first session we will explore your desires, needs, and goals for therapy to find the best option for you.

Seasonal Group Nature Therapy
A 6-week experiential and educational therapy group for folks interested in learning how to work alongside the natural world on their journey of mental health and wellness. What's included? Access to weekly digital content, 9 hours of face to face group time, two 1:1 15 minute virtual check-ins midway through season, experiential group processes and exercises, bibliography of resources: books, websites, organizations, and more, 1:1 follow up feedback session one week after group.
