I utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Bowen Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy, in order to offer a variety of strategies to best meet my clients’ needs.
My therapeutic style can be described as collaborative, compassionate, empathetically challenging, non-judgmental, and genuine. I am passionate about helping people grow in their lives and relationships, leading to a greater sense of peace, purpose, happiness, and fulfillment.
