Maybe you have been trying so hard for so long, or don’t even know where to start. But you cannot keep doing what you’ve always done…I believe a relationship that is safe, compassionate, and collaborative is the foundation of change. I work hard to understand you—your story, your goals, and your barriers so that you feel seen and known. I will commit to walking alongside you wherever you are while I provide clarity, insight, and support as you grow closer to who you want to be.
Though no story is identical, I know what it is like to feel lonely, lost, and downcast. After experiencing personal benefits from counseling combined with a fascination of understanding how people change, I switched from the design field to pursue a double masters in counseling and theology. I desire to provide the same care and help as was given to me.
Pursuing counseling can be daunting and requires courage. With over 5 years of my own healing journey, I know this is not an easy decision to make.
