I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Registered Art Therapist. I graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University (now Dominican University) in Northern California, where I earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. My experience consists of working with the juvenile justice system, as well as higher level of care including partial hospitalization.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, mood disorders, trauma, chemical dependency, work/school stress, as well as relationship conflict.
