Hello! My name is Bailey and I work with all clients regardless of age, gender, sexual identity, etc. I enjoy working with all different types of people. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, BPD, substance use, and LGBTQ+ clients are clients that I have the most experience working with. I would say that someone who is ready to show up and do the work and can display an optimistic attitude would be the ideal client for an engaging and self-directed therapeutic process.
I have a background in creative methods and I like to incorporate art methods into sessions occasionally. I find that artistic expression helps people to address emotions and thoughts that are difficult to unpack in a less concrete way. I offer an open and nonjudgmental place to work through any goals or needs that a client wants to focus on.
