I am particularly specialized in supporting individuals with concerns around women’s issues, body image, self-concept, anxiety, and depression. I also have a strong passion for supporting teens and young adults as they navigate such formational and transitional years. Believing that we are each intricately and wonderfully made, I truly desire for clients to feel deeply seen and known in our work together.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide individual therapy to kids through adults, typically focusing on the 10-30s range. I attended Wheaton College for undergraduate studies and obtained my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University.
Serving clients both big and little, I enjoy incorporating creativity, humor, and playfulness to create effective and meaningful sessions. My style is warm, relational, and focused, and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and values.
