Hi all, let's talk about who you are, what you've experienced, and what you want to get to know about yourself. I believe therapy can provide a space for clients to step more fully into who they are. I work with individuals ready to show up each session ready to engage, specializing in but not limited to, anxiety, support for healthcare workers and career counseling.
My approach is both therapeutic and educational, and I continue my own clinical learning regularly. My clinical perspective is based in client-centered therapy, humanistic, CBT, relational psychotherapy, somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, trauma focused, and narrative therapies.
Through our time together clients and I will work towards tailoring an approach that fits best each client and their goals.
