Besides traditional, in-person therapy, I also offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth (video/phone) sessions. Topics can include healing from prior sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, and grief recovery. I strive to assist you in feeling comfortable while sharing difficult things. I also stay driven to learn ways to better effectively provide therapy.
