My aim is to help others live authentically and unencumbered by shame in a space where all areas of life can be explored. My clients and I work collaboratively to identify patterns, core beliefs, thoughts, and other dynamics that no longer benefit their lives. A connected process within a safe environment creates pathways for therapeutic work, which may include processing trauma, exploring and embracing one's identity, and finding empowerment over thoughts and emotions.
I specialize in the treatment of OCD and the use of ERP, and have specialty experience with transgender and nonbinary clients, some of whom are transitioning or considering transitioning. My approach is to create an affirming and validating space for all clients, and utilize a humanistic lens along with CBT, ACT, and DBT techniques.
