Feeling like we are never enough, being taken for granted, exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious are common emotions in our fast-paced world. We can become wired to focus on our deficits vs our strengths. In our work together, I'll support you in setting boundaries and in maintaining self-respect. We'll identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs that feed into these negative thoughts and emotions. We'll look at where beliefs stem from such as trauma, family of origin, adverse life experiences, and social/cultural pressure.
