I also have extensive experience working with clients across the adult lifespan and can address a wide range of issues including grief, life transitions, identity issues, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, intimacy issues, sexual health, LGBTQ issues, and more.
Courageous independent adults who are curious about themselves and their life/family histories are an ideal fit for my services. It takes great bravery to enter into a therapeutic connection that is bound to spark insight and awareness. Therapy is a journey with an attuned other who can help guide you through self-exploration towards growth. Clients who would benefit from working with me include those who are interested in achieving a life-work-parenting-partnering balance, one that involves mindfulness, present-focus and an emphasis on physical well being. I work with you from a place of cultural awareness and respect.

I am a Sex-Positive provider who is an ally of the Kink, Polyamorous, and LGBTQ+ communities and encourage you to reach out to me.
Authenticity is a key component of my life philosophy and my therapeutic treatment philosophy. Being real, genuine, and vulnerable are critical components of any healthy relationship be it with yourself or others. People are often too quick to condemn themselves and struggle to realize their own potential out of fear. There is no judgment here. No right or wrong ways, no lanes to stay in. Only you and your needs. Whatever it is that you are working through or need to work through you do not have to face it alone or suffer in silence anymore. I am here and as a natural-born healer.

The mind can be a beautiful yet intricately tangled realm. It is my passion to help clients unravel their core thoughts and emotions impacting their day to day lives. Whether it is delving into the stressors of work and school, strengthening relationships with loved ones and peers, or simply finding one's strengths and goals for their own happiness. I also co-facilitate two therapy groups. Saturdays at 10am we host a teenage girls group and biweekly at 6pm a women's art therapy group, I also supervise a teen LGBTQ+ peer support group on Thursday at 6pm.

I’m comfortable discussing sexuality, gender, and polyamory, and I’m LGBTQ+ friendly.
Welcome! I imagine you’re facing some challenges. Maybe you're struggling with relationship issues or dating. Maybe you're having upsetting memories of traumatic experiences you've been through. Or, maybe you’re feeling anxious or insecure. Everyone struggles sometimes, and sometimes we all need help. We need someone who will listen, understand, and accept us. Someone who cares, who can help us heal. Someone who can help us make sense of what’s happening so we can see things more clearly. I’m passionate about being there for my clients in these ways, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with both individuals and couples.

I am thrilled to reopen the doors of my private practice, as I was not able to counsel for several months. I missed the challenge and satisfaction of working with the courageous people who choose to question the status quo and risk change. Everyone whether single.married, gay (LGBTQ), straight, parents, grandparents, adolescents, overweight, underweight, addicted, sober, angry, anxious or depressed.........all are deserving of a safe place to be heard, explore, understand and to be understood. My goal is to exercise my experience and expertise to create and support each client’s safe place.
