My job is to help people live more happily. I listen on several levels, so we can understand together what is troubling you, what you would really like to be and to do, what might be holding you back, how your relationships could provide richer and safer support, and what matters most in your life. Achieving your life goals can be challenging, especially when you're dealing with difficult emotions or feeling overwhelmed. I believe change is difficult for most people. We often get stuck in certain patterns of behavior and find it difficult to move forward and heal. Every individual has the ability to change within themselves and it is my role to help guide people along the path of change. I believe every child, teenager, adult, and family unit are unique and require an special/individualized approach to help them achieve their full potential.
