Hello! My name is Ashlee and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am from Colorado but have recently moved to Arizona to get my Ph.D in Counselor Education at the University of Arizona. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including family systems issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, relationship issues, and more. I also am a licensed School Counselor and have experience working with adolescents and their families.

I work with a range of issues from substance abuse, stress, depression, couples issues, trauma and abuse, parent guidance issues and more. The heart of my work combines gentleness, strength, and evidence-based approaches with an intuitive understanding. I use inner and outer resources to support people, and sometimes laughter and irony along the way. Attending to banished voices, lost dreams, inner-child work, saboteurs, and avoidance helps to get people where they want to go. I utilize EMDR, have worked in grief support and inpatient. In addition, applying well-known factors in the neuropsychology of learning optimizes change. In practice, it all comes together using structure, flow, and clinical assessment.

We have immediate availability for psychiatric evaluations and med management as well as outpatient psychotherapy for individual, relationship therapy and psychedelic integration. We provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We work with those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, OCD, and childhood traumas. We have experience counseling people exploring sexual orientation and identity, consensual/ethical non-monogamy/polyamory and other relationship issues. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s of Social Work from Arizona State University. My professional background includes working in education, arts non-profits, child advocacy, parental attachment research, general mental health treatment, dual diagnosis treatment, and trauma-focused therapy.
