I am a trauma therapist and clinical supervisor. You do not have to live with difficult emotions. I can provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to get past your past, manage current triggers, and live your best life. I will help you navigate through all the implications of trauma including PTSD, anxiety, dissociation, depression, low self-esteem, attachment issues, guilt, hopelessness, loneliness, anger, shame, grief, career dissatisfaction, relationship issues, difficulties with boundaries, health concerns, and existential crises. I draw from a variety of modalities to meet your specific needs and goals.

He has 42 years of experience as a counselor and is both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Counselor. He has had many careers including being an executive director, clinical director, clinical trainer, mental health counselor, substance abuse counselor, domestic violence counselor, family counselor, group counselor, crisis counselor, and grief counselor. He currently offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling.
