Most people I work with experience anxiety, depression, are dealing with conflicts in their relationships, and are in the process of adjusting to life's changes and stressors. I welcome anyone who desires healing and change. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211. IsaBella has experience working with teenagers (18+) and adults to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life-transitions, and trauma-related issues. She employs an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning she utilizes a variety of skills and techniques that best suit the needs of each client. IsaBella wholeheartedly believes that the client is the expert on their own life and the master of their own destiny. I approach counseling from more of a scientific, evidence-based perspective and I enjoy integrating proven theory into practice.
