Hello, my name is Lisa Bolden and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Within my work experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, couples and families on a variety of issues. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting and life stressors. I have facilitated intensive outpatient groups for mood disorders and addiction, domestic violence and anger management.

I have experience as a behavioral health clinician and a NICU social worker. I have worked with a variety of different age groups ranging from children as young as 4-years old to adults 65 and older. Through my experience I have found that I love working with the adult population. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and unexpected life events.

Her specialties include common mental health conditions, wellness strategies and life/career transitions.

Molly Cook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, trained in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and treats attachment disorders. Molly is a seasoned therapist with 23 years experience with assisting clients with in-patient, out-patient treatment and after care for Eating Disorders, Sex addiction, Alcohol, and Drugs helping clients to address their trauma and addiction (process and substance) issues. She has a certificate in Grief counseling and has experience with Hospice bereavement for families. She specializes in co-occuring mental health issues and addiction.

Healing takes place from the inside out. All of us have the ability and strength to move into our trauma, process past memories and heal negative self-beliefs that cause us pain. With a focus on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and applying research-based therapy techniques, I look forward to helping you through the healing process.

I am thankful for my up bringing and my exposure to diverse experiences and populations. Growing up in Los Angeles had a direct impact on my passion for helping individuals of all backgrounds. I am a trauma informed EMDR, Christ centered therapist who believes that both mind and spirit need to align in order to find inner peace.
