I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with multiple addictions, mood regulation, trauma, behavioral, and relational issues. Many of my clients report struggling with trying to fill a void, feeling lost, or stuck. This may show up as some sort of unhealthy coping mechanism such as an addiction, unhealthy relationships, or a behavioral issue. Only temporary relief may be found until the true underlying issues are addressed. Together we can uncover what is underneath your struggles and address what we find. Stefanni is a trauma informed therapist specializing in treating individuals with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. Stefanni assists individuals in working through past traumatic events and co-occurring mental health conditions. Stefanni offers faith-based counseling, and parent coaching as well as services to assist couples and families in navigating their relationships. Stefanni offers in-person and Telehealth services to individuals and families in the state of Arizona.

As a skilled and experienced LCSW, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified First Responder Counselor, and EMDR Consultant-in-training, I offer evidence-based therapy for clients and EMDR consultation for therapists. My passion is using the transformational benefits of EMDR Intensives with clients who are ready to live without troublesome clinical symptoms. I specialize in providing EMDR to first responders, people who have experienced trauma and other distressing life events, and those with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. In addition to Intensive Sessions, I provide therapy using the traditional weekly model.
