I have experience as a behavioral health clinician and a NICU social worker. I have worked with a variety of different age groups ranging from children as young as 4-years old to adults 65 and older. Through my experience I have found that I love working with the adult population. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and unexpected life events.

Typically addicts will use sex as a way to belong, gain acceptance, approval from others, avoid stress, anxiety, and depression. Addiction also serves as a coping mechanism to medicate old wounds, emotions, and distorts reality.

Hello, I have over 30 years of experience in a wide range of settings, populations, and age groups. I enjoy working with issues such as LGBTQIA+ issues including gender identity and the coming out process, mood disorders, and health and wellness. I have a broad range of experience. I’ve worked with individuals across the life span from toddlers through geriatric patients in many different settings.
