Hey! I practice a person-centered approach. I offer a safe place for you to process your feelings and come up with your own solutions with a little guidance. Though I enjoy helping people of all ethnicities and from all different religious + cultural backgrounds. My focus is on children, tweens, teens and young adults who reside in "Non Traditional" homes. I am culturally & religious aware, LGBTQ+ and justice impacted sensitive with a strong understanding of what it takes to serve those who may feel that others have given upon them. In addition to those who reside in a single parent home, divorced, separated or blended family homes.

At North Pointe Services, we believe no individual or family should go through difficult situations alone. We are here to offer you support in times of crisis, to understand and advocate for your needs, help you recognize your strengths, and provide real solutions to real issues. We provide encouragement and skill building to parents of children and teens that are struggling with emotional/behavioral difficulties. We also support adult individuals who are on their journey towards living their best lives.

I am a therapist with a unique background in vocational rehabilitation counseling, cross cultural counseling and social security testimony. I use CBT and EMDR to help my client rid themselves of trauma past and present so they can move forward in their lives without being triggered by the past. This leads to happier, easier lives for my clients and their families. I see adults, am LGBTQ friendly and relaxed in how I see the world. My thoughts are that kindness, respect and patience will win out over the craziness of the world. Currently, I am accepting new clients and am eager to help you with the trauma that bothers you.

Michelle works with complex trauma using EMDR, Structural Dissociation theory and SE. Michelle is a Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and financial/work disorders (CMAT). Michelle worked for 4.5 years as a therapist at The Meadows, a world-renown inpatient treatment facility and trained under Pia Mellody. Michelle works in private practice, assisting clients in addressing their childhood trauma, process/substance addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, rage/anger and PTSD. Michelle works with the veteran community and is a veteran herself.

I am a seasoned counselor focused on achieving CONCRETE GOALS that we establish together at the beginning of the therapy process. Hello, my name is Lisa Bolden and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Within my work experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, couples and families on a variety of issues. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting and life stressors. I have facilitated intensive outpatient groups for mood disorders and addiction, domestic violence and anger management.

We do not necessarily get to pick our life journey but we can choose how we respond and handle our emotions. Life if filled with endless possibilities. Anxiety, trauma, fear, depression and other life experiences can create havoc in our lives and limit our full potential. I have an innate passion to help other’s conquer there challenges by providing the skills needed to process their emotions and move past any self-limiting beliefs. I offer and provide a judgement free, safe space to help find healing and growth. I am grateful to be a part of someone’s life journey. You will always have someone in your corner cheering you on.

Our collective world & many folks’ lives have been increasingly full of change. Transition & change can create struggles as well as opportunities; we can navigate those together. I work with adults, and adolescents facing issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, identity exploration, life transitions, existential exploration & more while maintaining a strengths-based, neurodiverse-affirming & gender-affirming lens. Some clients enjoy using art; others seek more traditional therapeutic approaches. Regardless of technique, building a compassionate relationship that supports growth is illuminating.

She believes everyone wants to be seen and understood. Her entire life is built upon this truth. Many messages we carry with us are rooted in shame and distorted thinking and we don't know any other way than this. Her approach is targeted at getting to the root of these shame messages, and with new tools and understanding, there lies an opportunity at healing. I think outside of the box and incorporate culture with use of creative alternatives like expressive arts therapy, movement therapy, music & scream therapy.
