I have been a licensed Independent Professional Counselor and an Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in Arizona for 20+ year. I have extensive training and experience in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Trauma Informed Care, and Substance Abuse Recovery. My approach is mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mixed with Client Centered Therapy. I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with multiple addictions, mood regulation, trauma, behavioral, and relational issues.
