I have a passion in working with and reducing the effects of trauma, with a specialized focus on first responder/military trauma. Reducing the effects of acute or chronic post-traumatic stress, childhood/adult trauma, process addictions, substance abuse issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or anger are end goals towards feeling like ourselves again.

Beliefs such as “I am not good enough,” “I am worthless,” or “I am a failure” can lead to avoidance, suffering & missed experiences - holding us back from truly enjoying life. Yet, every human has intrinsic worth despite what we may tell ourselves about the many experiences we have had in this world.
