Hello! My name is Caitlyn, I grew up in Orange County, California and have been living in Arizona for the last ten years. I believe I was meant to be in the helping profession and this position aligns with my spirit and being. Therapy can seem overwhelming to begin with and I'm here to provide that comfort and space for the difficulties anyone may be facing. Clients that want to challenge their discomfort and move forwards will yield the most success working with me.

Aleesha is a neuro affirming therapist who works with children between 3-13 years of age. Aleesha works to create a therapeutic environment that is inclusive and supports individuals in understanding and embracing their identities while also addressing difficulities and challenges that may arise. Aleesha tailors the interventions and strategies used throughout her sessions to meet the specific needs and strenghts of your child. Her continued training and supervision in play therapy and EMDR afford her the opportunity to create an environment that fosters a sense of self acceptance, self adovcacy, and well being.

With several years of diverse practice within both an inpatient psychiatric hospital and in outpatient general mental health settings, I have vast experience in the treatment of both severe mental illness and general mental health issues. Utilizing an approach that is individualized to each of my client’s needs I hope to formulate the same perfect treatment plan for you as you face your own unique situation.
