I treat OCD, Trichotillomania (hair-pulling), & Dermatillomania (skin-picking) using Exposure Response Prevention, ComB, HRT, & ACT. Treat past and present TRAUMA using EMDR. I have experience in individual and group therapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families suffering from depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorder. I treat children and adolescents' behavioral problems such as aggression, anger, rebellion, poor academic performance, criminal problems, and sexual abuse. I have worked with adults suffering from sexual compulsivity and addiction, and educate adults on parenting skills and communication skills. I work with couples going through infertility, adoption, and relationship issues.

I view problems from a systems approach and study interactional and communication breakdowns. Emotional problems derive from faulty patterns in early life and often compound in severity. What makes my practice unique is how I navigate the mind/body/energy connection. Using all the modalities I’ve learned produces an effective treatment plan to work on your mental health.

Each session is customized to that individual with the recording of that session. I help them get results and let them take control of their life once again. Many of my clients come back for other sessions which includes stop smoking, weight-loss, anxiety, Lap Band Weight loss, dating/relationship issues, women and mens issues, sports and more.

Alexis Tully is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona who has been practicing since 2020. She graduated with her BSW and MSW from Arizona State University with a specialization in Child Welfare. Alexis takes a holistic approach to therapy, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors contributing to her clients' difficulties. Her goal is to empower clients and families to take an active role in their healing journey by fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to help them reach their goals.

The focus of my practice is to create a safe and accepting space for individuals and families to work through life's challenges and strengthen resiliency skills. We may not have control over all of our circumstances but we each have the capacity to develop healthy skills to cope with adversity. I believe healthy attachments are a critical part of healing, particularly with children and adolescents. Therefore, I take a family systems approach when working with youth. I'm trained and experienced in working with female survivors of intimate partner violence and use trauma-focused approaches in their journey to healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, bilingual in English and Spanish languages. I have been an active participant in the mental health field for approximately 17 years and hold a specialty in the area of trauma and abuse. My work emphasis has been primarily with the children, birth to 17 years of age, and their corresponding family. However, I have experience and training in working with both adult and children populations in areas such as: grief, depression, anxiety, adjustments to new situations like: adoptions, relocation, clarification/reunification, relationship issues, and others.

I specialize in providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families. My passion is to help children, families, and individuals of all ages experiencing relational or behavioral difficulties find healing and an increased sense of well-being.
