I help my clients recover from both recent and past traumatic events. My typical clientele includes first responders, combat veterans, refugees, immigrants, and child abuse survivors. I also work with clients who have experienced betrayal trauma caused by infidelity and late life divorce. My experience treating first responders and combat veterans gives me unique insight and perspective. I help clients lower anxiety and boost their overall mood. My trauma based approach to therapy helps clients find relief from intrusive memories, thoughts, and emotions caused by circumstances that were outside of the client’s control.

Our mission is to walk with children, families, adults and couples by providing them with a healing path and infusing Jesus into the therapy for those who desire it. We also offer secular counseling for those not wanting faith integration. Nevitta specializes in families with children 0-10 with trauma, foster/adopt, familial or behavioral issues using EMDR and play therapy techniques. Abigail specializes in adolescents, college students, women and children with addiction or wanting Christian counseling or EMDR. Courtney specializes in adolescents and adults with addiction, intimacy disorders, & eating disorders.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who cares deeply about helping people heal, improve relationships, achieve their goals, and become their best selves. I provide individual therapy to adults who are ready to embrace positive change through journeying within. I specialize in the treatment of trauma but I also help people experience relief from anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship struggles, shame, and inner criticism. Although I have worked with diverse populations, I gravitate toward the family systems approach and feel that a family’s distress is not attributable to just one person, but rather a combination of interactions of individual members within that “system.” I have been using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and individuals. Recently, I have decided to open my own practice. My focus will continue to be EFT as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help address the many clients who come to the therapy session with backgrounds in trauma.

I specialize in helping clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder. My clients have had excellent success when I guide them through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.). This relaxing therapy uses Rapid Eye Movement to set new, positive images in place of negative to reduce stress and anxiety. I have compassionate listening ears combined with a solutions-based approach so my clients feel accepted and empowered. I am an Army veteran with a military concentration in my master's degree and internship working with veterans.

Cloy Dellaripa received her Master’s degree from Arizona State University in Community Counseling in 2007. She began work in family and adolescent counseling in 2008 for families experiencing crisis and trauma. More recently, Cloy works with addiction recovery, dual diagnosis and complex trauma clients. She has received advanced training in PTSD, trauma counseling, veteran recovery, Ayurvedic Sciences, mindfulness/ meditation practices, experiential work, somatics and is a certified Yoga and Yoga Nidra instructor. Cloy utilizes the healing benefits of nature in her therapeutic work. Cloy is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting.
