I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who cares deeply about helping people heal, improve relationships, achieve their goals, and become their best selves. I provide individual therapy to adults who are ready to embrace positive change through journeying within. I specialize in the treatment of trauma but I also help people experience relief from anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship struggles, shame, and inner criticism. I am strengths focused with a holistic approach that encompasses mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects that make us who we are.

I specialize in providing professional counseling from a faith-based non-denominational Christian perspective. The majority of my clients are Christians who are struggling with significant challenges in their lives. Together, we work toward applying relevant biblical information to help heal wounds from the past/present, gain insights, receive encouragement, and develop coping skills for living in today's world.

As the director of the Center for Connected Living, LLC, with fellowship training in pediatric psychology and over 35 years in the field, it is my honor to serve the needs of children, adolescents, parents, adults, and when appropriate, their families. I have advanced training and expertise in depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, developmental and shock trauma, OCD, and behavioral addictions such include gaming addiction and pornography.
