I specialize in all mood, behavioral, an addictive disorders. I also have extensive training and education in treating complex trauma especially active duty military and veterans with PTSD. I utilize EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. I believe in making my clients comfortable with the therapeutic process. I do interventions for substance use and mental health issues. I do not fit the stereotype of a therapist in a suit and tie. you will usually find me in jeans and sneakers. I am also in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol.
