I hope to support you as you recover from any of the challenges life may have brought you - trauma, depression or anxiety, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, or codependency. I have experience working with a wide range of populations which includes adults as well as young people. My therapeutic approach is informed by my experience with somatic practices like yoga and meditation as well as recovery from addiction.

My training and practice have been in health and rehabilitation psychology. This primarily includes working with adults who have incurred medical illness and/or injury necessitating psychological adaptation and adjustment. Additionally, I work with adults for issues related to substance use disorders and other addictions, depressive and bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, difficulty in relationships, and management of chronic pain.
